After shipping, refunds are no longer available. Instead, this product is covered by our 3 year cushioning layer warranty or our 10 year top layer (PVC/Carpet tile) warranty.

Mann Anti-Fall Flooring is backed for 36 full months from your purchase date. If the surface loses its impact-cushioning performance under normal use, we’ll refund or exchange the product of the affected area. Simple proof of purchase is all you need; no fine-print surprises. Misuse of the flooring such as placing heavy objects which causes dents will not be covered.

Our top layer surface (PVC vinyl/Carpet tiles) are covered by our 10-year warranty.
