After shipping, refunds are no longer available. Instead, the product is covered by our 3-year warranty for the cushioning layer and 10 year for the top surface layer.

Mann Anti-Fall Flooring is backed for 36 full months from your purchase date. If the surface loses its impact-cushioning performance under normal use, we’ll repair, replace, or refund the affected area—fast and free. Simple proof of purchase is all you need; no fine-print surprises. Misuse of the flooring such as placing heavy objects which causes dents will not be covered.

The top layer (PVC vinyl or carpet tile) is covered by our 10 year surface layer warranty
